	Billie Dalezman, Sales Consultant Billie brings a wealth of great insight and offers her clients valuable advice while she assists them in their flooring decisions. She has 30 years experience in carpet & flooring design and spent 18 years working in a designer showroom with interior designers, architects, and contractors. Billie has worked with custom design/handmade area rugs & carpets for both commercial and residential projects. Billie is always happy to help create the look you’ve been wishing for.
	Bill Herman, Sales Consultant Bill has spent 33 years in the flooring industry! He previously worked at a Carpet One in Albany before moving to SW Florida & joining the Taylor Carpet One team. Bill is well-versed in all aspects of floor coverings and has the knowledge to guide you in the right direction when choosing your flooring. There’s no doubt that Bill can assist you in successfully finding just what you’re looking for!
	Jeff Bird, Professional Flooring Estimator 15 years of flooring experience, including sales and consulting, installation management, and of course estimating. I started in the flooring business in New Jersey in 2001, and covered the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. I enjoy working with clients in their homes to help build and provide confidence in the newly found relationship they will have with Taylor Carpet One and Home. .
	Ronald Lail, Estimator I have been in the flooring industry for most of my adult life. Installer, Owner, Project Management and Estimator. I enjoy meeting new people and solving any & all challenges presented to me.
	Connie Cleary, Sales Manager After attending school at The Ohio State University I began a career in the flooring installation business in 1984. I started selling flooring for the largest builder flooring company in the Columbus, Ohio market. After many years of growth and the sale of the company I became the VP of the Builder division for the largest flooring retailer in Columbus Ohio and the 6^th largest flooring company in the United States. At this company I developed and opened a builder design center for the custom home market, where I won many customer service awards and sub-contractor of the year awards. I moved to the Charlotte NC in 2013 to be close to my parents after loosing my youngest brother to cancer. I was the sales manager and general manager for two flooring companies in Charlotte NC and doubled there growth in the Charlotte market. Now here in southwest Florida I will help educate the sales team here at Taylor Carpet One with my flooring knowledge from the last 25 years. I am looking forward to spending time on the beach with my 3 children and two grandchildren here is sunny Florida.
	Elizabeth Richardson, Sales Consultant Elizabeth Richardson has been in the customer service industry in the Ft. Myers area for 15 years. She has recently joined the Taylor Carpet One family in January 2014 and looks forward to serving you and her community.
	Dale Sherburne, Sales Consultant Dale Sherburne’s entire business career worked with Color and Design in all facets of Decorating Products Industry, ranging from Carpet and Floor coverings, Wall Coverings, to Fabrics and Paint Colors! Before relocating to Naples, he owned a Carpet One Floor & Home location in Minnesota for 20 years. Living here full time for many years, he continues to not only enjoy the Naples weather and beauty but uses his 40 year experience in Color & Design to assist seasonal or year round residents and commercial users.
	Julie McGillivray, Sales Consultant Julie joins us this season with over 25 years of professional client service experience, primarily in corporate sales and training. “Moving from the insurance field to interior construction and design has been a goal of mine for over 10 years. Taylor Carpet One has afforded me an opportunity to fulfill a lifelong dream”. Julie has designed, renovated and resold homes for over a decade, and brings her business and design talents to our team. “I pride myself on helping customers select the finest materials, in the exact color, texture and pattern which fits their project’s budget”.
